Terms and Conditions of BRICKS Investment

1. BRICKS Valuation
   One (1) unit of internal currency (“BRICKS”) is equivalent to one (1) Brick, which has a nominal value of United States Dollar (USD) 2,000.
   The USD value shall be converted into Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) using the Selling Exchange Rate (E-Rate Jual) published by PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA), as available on the official BCA website:
   https://www.bca.co.id/id/informasi/kurs
   The applicable exchange rate shall be the rate in effect at the time the Partner performs the BRICKS purchase or investment transaction.
2. Tenor and Fixed Return
   The Partner may select one of the available investment tenors. Each tenor carries a fixed return rate as follows:
• 1 (one) month tenor: 3% fixed return
• 3 (three) months tenor: 10% fixed return
• 6 (six) months tenor: 22% fixed return
• 12 (twelve) months tenor: 50% fixed return
• 20 (twenty) months tenor: 100% fixed return
3. The return shall be calculated based on the total BRICKS value invested by the Partner and shall only become payable upon the full completion of the selected tenor.
4. Lock-Up Period and Withdrawal Restriction
   All BRICKS invested by the Partner shall be subject to a mandatory lock-up period for the duration of the selected tenor.
   During this period, the Partner shall not be entitled to withdraw, redeem, transfer, or otherwise dispose of the invested BRICKS, whether partially or in full, prior to the maturity date.
5. Maturity and Automatic Disbursement
   Upon the maturity of the investment tenor, the principal amount together with the accrued fixed return shall be automatically disbursed (Auto Withdrawal) to the Partner’s designated Deposit Account registered within the BRICKS platform.
   Such disbursement shall be completed within a maximum period of one (1) business day (1 × 24 working hours) following the maturity date.
6. Final and Binding Provision
   By purchasing, holding, or investing BRICKS, the Partner is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as all related policies governing the BRICKS ecosystem.
